Casa Valle Niza
Casa Valle Niza is located in a beautiful and quiet private urbanization on the coast of Almayate Bajo (near Torre del Mar), within walking distance of the beach. The typical Andalusian houses are carefully distributed throughout the urbanization and each has a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea, Almayate beach and the mountains.
Large communal pool
There is a large communal pool with plenty of space around it for sunbathing. The pool is fully fenced for children. In addition, you can enjoy the common areas of our neighboring urbanization including a gym and paddle court and a children's pool and playground for the little ones.
Fully equipped indoor and outdoor spaces
Casa Valle Niza has on the ground floor a spacious and bright living space with dining room. The modern open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher and washing machine, also has a breakfast bar. During hot days, the living space can be cooled with air conditioning. There is also a separate toilet. Tijdens warme dagen kan de leefruimte gekoeld worden met airconditioning. Daarnaast is er ook nog een apart toilet.
Outside, there is a breakfast terrace on one side of the house. On the other side you have your own parking space within the urbanization and (very conveniently) close to the back door.
Enjoy a good night's sleep
On the second floor are the bedrooms and bathrooms. The master suite (queen size bed 160 x 200) has a private balcony and an ensuite bathroom with bathtub and shower.
The other 2 bedrooms (1 with queen size bed 160 x 200 and the other with 2 single beds) share the second bathroom with rain shower.
Roof terrace with sea and mountain views
On the upper floor there is a spacious roof terrace/solarium with beautiful views of the sea and mountains, a BBQ area and a refrigerator. A lovely place to enjoy the evening after another successful day.
An ideal vacation spot on the Mediterranean
Just a 40-minute drive from Málaga airport, Casa Valle Niza is the ideal place for your vacation on the Mediterranean coast. The beach is only 500 meters away and is one of the longest unspoiled beaches in the Mediterranean where you can still enjoy the sun, sea and sand in peace and quiet.

Our prices are based on a minimum stay of 1 week (7 nights). Longer stays are of course possible, you pay a surplus per extra night.
De schoonmaakkosten bedragen eenmalig 120 euro.
The damage deposit is 200 euros (refunded when you leave the house clean and there is no damage).

Really nice place. We loved it here! Three bedrooms, three bathrooms, nice kitchen, roof terrace and a public pool only 20 meters away. Really really nice. Hosts are nice and helpful. We hope to be back in future.
Great house! The rooftop terrace was stunning and quickly became our favourite apero spot. Connection to the highway is superclose. Wim and Dorien are extremely quick to respond in a very helpful manner.
This is a definite recommendation for anyone seeking a relaxing vacation amidst beautiful surroundings. The upper deck terrace offers a fantastic view of the sea and mountains, making it a perfect spot to watch the sunset. You have everything you need nearby for relaxation, fun, and shopping (a car is recommended). Just a 10-minute drive away, you'll find Torre del Mar, where there are restaurants, supermarkets, a shopping centre, and a water park. The house is within walking distance of a pool and training facilities. The owners are exceptionally friendly, understanding, and helpful.
